These terms apply to clients and team members who access Grow and Bless internal tools, including SEO dashboards, Google Business Profile management tools, and analytics reporting systems. These tools are not publicly available. Access is provided by Grow and Bless as part of our service delivery.
2. What We Provide
Grow and Bless provides digital marketing dashboard tools designed to help clients and our internal team monitor SEO performance, website analytics, and Google Business Profile data. These tools connect to Google APIs on your behalf using access you authorize.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Account access: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any actions taken using your authorized credentials.
- Authorized use: You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only in connection with your own websites and business profiles, or those you are authorized to manage.
- Accurate authorization: By connecting a Google account, you confirm you have the right to grant us access to the data associated with that account.
- No misuse: You agree not to attempt to extract, scrape, or misuse data from our tools beyond their intended purpose.
4. Data Accuracy
Our tools display data sourced from Google APIs, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile. The accuracy, completeness, and availability of this data depends entirely on Google’s systems. Grow and Bless is not responsible for errors, delays, gaps, or changes in data caused by Google API limitations, outages, or policy changes.
Reports and dashboards are provided for informational purposes. They should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or major business decisions.
5. No Uptime Guarantee
We do not guarantee that our tools will be available at all times. Our systems may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the tools operational but do not provide a formal uptime warranty.
6. Modifications and Discontinuation
Grow and Bless may update, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from changes to or discontinuation of our tools.
7. Intellectual Property
The dashboards, tools, reports, and underlying code built by Grow and Bless remain our intellectual property. Clients may use the outputs (reports, data exports) for their own business purposes but may not copy, redistribute, or resell our tools or interfaces without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grow and Bless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our tools. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Indonesia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our tools after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.
